My sessions work differently. I work in an intuitive and creative way and I like to allow for enough time to discuss what's important to support your growth. I offer 2 session rates depending on the intensity of your problem. This gives you the freedom to work within the timeframe you feel is right for you, without feeling rushed out of the door. Sessions fees include the cost of up to 2 personal recordings and access to free resources. Additional personal recordings can be purchased for £40
2 hour session: £175
1.5 hour session: £155
Discounted Rates for Low Incomes
As part of my aim to make therapy accessible to all, I also offer a sliding scale for a small number of clients on low incomes, and offer 2 subsidised places every 8 weeks to people living on benefits. Kick the Habit Stop Smoking Package
Everyone's reasons for smoking, and wanting to give up, are different and if you want to stop then you need to find the right motivation to make quitting stick. I use Cognitive Hypnotherapy to find the driving factors behind your smoking and reasons for quitting, and use them to reframe how you see your addiction and yourself. This way of working gives us a unique ability to work in a way which is completely tailored to you and your needs.
I offer a package which I tailor around you to give you the best chance of quitting in the shortest time possible. During our first session we'll uncover your real reasons for smoking, change your way of seeing them and embed new and healthier ways of seeing yourself. We will also use other techniques depending on your needs, to stop the cravings and change the way you view smoking and your addiction completely. Kick the Habit Stop Smoking Package 4-5 Weeks: £650
For some people coming into the practice is not an option, or you may just prefer the idea of getting support from the comfort of your own home or workplace. This can be a great option if you prefer to work like this, as it is convenient, flexible and time efficient. There is no difference in the service you will receive and the outcomes will be just as effective, and you can also choose to have a mixture of face to face and online sessions if you prefer. I use Skype or Zoom (similar to Skype), for these sessions and they will be booked in advance at a time which is suitable for you. This also offers you the opportunity to get help from anywhere in the world.
Online sessions cost the same as face to face sessions, as there is no difference in the treatment you will receive apart from the flexibility to work from your chosen location.
